结合金属氢化物热泵的特点,提出了一种耦合氢能的太阳能热泵干燥系统。具体介绍了其系统工作原理及流程,建立了系统各设备的能量转换及炯分析模型;以干燥种子的算例分析了不同参数对系统性能的影响。结果表明,系统具有较高的除湿率(SMER)值,且其主要与太阳能辐射量大小有关;系统优化应以太阳能辐射量为基础,以提高金属氢化物热泵的(火用)效率为目标,而系统与太阳能蓄热技术的耦合运用是发展的另一个方向。
Combined with the characteristics of metal hydride heat pump, a solar energy heat pump drying system coupled with hydrogen energy is proposed. The working principle and process of the system are introduced in detail, and the energy conversion and the Jiong analysis model of each system are established. The influence of different parameters on the system performance is analyzed by the example of dry seeds. The results show that the system has high SMER value, which is mainly related to the amount of solar radiation. The system optimization should aim at increasing the exergy efficiency of the metal hydride heat pump based on the amount of solar radiation, The system and solar thermal technology coupled with the application of the development of the other direction.
