农药与土壤微生物的生态关系成为生物修复领域研究的重点。在土壤中施用农药会对其中微生物产生多项作用;反过来,土壤微生物又能适应、转化或降解散布于土壤中的农药,绝大多数农药都能被土壤微生物降解或转化。在研究农药对土壤微生物生态效应时,应注重农药在土壤中的动态效应,以更准确的寻找微生物修复方法。随着分子生物学技术的发展,从分子角度研究农药高效降解菌也是今后发展的趋势。
The ecological relationship between pesticides and soil microorganisms has become the focus of bioremediation research. The application of pesticides to soils can have multiple effects on the microorganisms involved. In turn, soil microbes can adapt, transform or degrade the pesticides dispersed in the soil, and most of the pesticides can be degraded or transformed by soil microorganisms. In studying the ecological effects of pesticides on soil microorganisms, we should pay attention to the dynamic effects of pesticides in the soil to find more accurate microbial repair methods. With the development of molecular biology technology, it is also the trend of future research to study the efficient degradation of pesticides from the molecular point of view.
