目的:评析老年糖尿病患者护理中应用健康教育的意义,以供研究参考。方法:选取本社区的老年糖尿病患者,共2000例作为研究对象。将所入选患者动态随机化分2组,研究组和对照组。对比分析两组老年糖尿病患者护理之后的糖尿病相关知识了解程度和抑郁评分情况。结果:与对照组相较,研究组的糖尿病相关知识了解程度和抑郁评分情况明显要优(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:对老年糖尿病患者在实施护理的过程中加上健康教育理念护理,可以有效提高患者的糖尿病相关知识了解程度,降低抑郁发生率。
Objective: To evaluate the significance of applying health education in the elderly patients with diabetes mellitus for reference. Methods: Selected elderly diabetic patients in this community, a total of 2000 cases as the research object. The selected patients were dynamically randomized into 2 groups, the study group and the control group. Comparative analysis of two groups of elderly diabetic patients after nursing knowledge of diabetes-related knowledge and depression score. Results: Compared with the control group, the study group had significantly better understanding of diabetes-related knowledge and depression scores (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: In the process of nursing care, elderly patients with diabetes plus health education concept of care, can effectively improve the patient’s understanding of diabetes-related knowledge, reduce the incidence of depression.
