为了研究热处理对FeCoNiAlCrCu0.5高熵合金的显微组织和摩擦性能的影响,对合金样品进行不同温度的热处理.利用球盘往复式摩擦磨损试验机进行干摩擦实验,研究了FeCoNiAlCrCu0.5高熵合金经575℃、685℃、875℃及1 000℃热处理后的摩擦磨损行为.结果表明:热处理后合金出现富Cu相β和贫Cu相γ;随着载荷的不断增加,合金的磨损逐渐严重.热处理后偏聚于晶界的富Cu相β使得FeCoNiAlCrCu0.5高熵合金整体硬度分布不均,降低了合金整体的摩擦磨损性能.
In order to study the effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and tribological properties of FeCoNiAlCrCu0.5 high entropy alloy, the alloy samples were heat-treated at different temperatures.The dry friction experiments were carried out with a reciprocating friction and wear tester, and the effects of FeCoNiAlCrCu0.5 high entropy alloy The friction and wear behaviors of the alloys after heat treatment at 575 ℃, 685 ℃, 875 ℃ and 1000 ℃ were studied.The results show that the alloys exhibit the γ-rich phase β and the γ-poor phase γ, and the wear of the alloy gradually worsens with the increase of the load After the heat treatment, the Cu-rich phase β segregating to the grain boundaries makes the overall hardness distribution of the FeCoNiAlCrCu0.5 high-entropy alloy unequal and reduces the friction and wear properties of the alloy as a whole.
