反思性教学是教师对自己教学行为的思考与研究,对自己在教学中存在的问题不断地进行回顾,运用教学标准中的要求不断地检验自己,追求的是教学全过程的合理性。而这种合理性的涵盖量就很大,如教学计划中的目标设定是否合理,教学过程设计是否合理,目标达成是否合理等等。
Reflective teaching is the teacher’s thinking and research on his own teaching behavior. He continuously reviews his own problems in teaching, constantly tests himself by the requirements of teaching standards, and pursues the rationality of the whole teaching process. And this rationality covers a very large amount, such as the teaching plan is set reasonable goals, teaching process design is reasonable, the goal is reasonable and so on.
