通过对Kennedy第二类牙列缺损的可摘局部义齿支架的计算机辅助设计与制作,形成了一种新的设计方法。首先用三维数字扫描仪对口腔的石膏模型进行测量,预处理后获得模型的三维点云数据;然后按照临床设计原则,利用逆向工程软件和三维CAD软件分别构建基托、大连接体、卡环和小连接体等可摘局部义齿支架各部分的三维数字化模型;最后组合完成了可摘局部义齿支架的设计,并进行快速原型制造和脱模铸造实体。结果表明:加工的可摘局部义齿支架不但和牙模的贴合程度比较理想,而且质量稳定、精度高。
A new design method has been developed through computer-aided design and fabrication of Kennedy’s second type denture defect removable partial denture stents. Firstly, the oral gypsum model was measured with a three-dimensional digital scanner, and the 3D point cloud data of the model was obtained after preprocessing. Then according to the clinical design principles, the reverse engineering software and 3D CAD software were used to construct the baseplate, Dalian connector, And small connectors and other parts of the removable partial denture three-dimensional digital model; finally completed the combination of removable partial dentures stent design, and rapid prototyping and stripping casting entity. The results show that the removable partial denture is not only fit well with the dental mold, but also has stable quality and high precision.
