Objective To explore the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods Forty-five RA patients admitted from the hospital outpatient department from August 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the study group, and 45 healthy control subjects were selected as the control group during the same period. T lymphocyte subpopulations were determined by flow cytometry CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + and CD4 + / CD8 + ratios) and compared between groups. Results Compared with healthy control group, the percentage of CD3 + cells (58.86 ± 5.65)%, CD4 + (31.56 ± 4.32)% and CD4 + / CD8 + ratio in the study group was significantly lower than that in the healthy controls (29.32 ± 3.78 vs. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The incidence of RA is closely related to the impairment of cellular immunity. The changes of T lymphocyte subsets may provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment, which has great application and promotion value.
