The design of the third generation of nuclear power plants absorbed new research achievements in nuclear safety and rich operating experience of nuclear power plants, added new safety features in accident prevention and mitigation, and greatly reduced the probability of serious accidents. This research uses the risk guidelines recommended by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in technical document TECDOC-1652 to analyze the emergency plan area division of AP1000 nuclear power units. Risk guidelines is the United States Westinghouse proposed a method based on the current probability of safety assessment (PSA) technology and determine the dose
