胆汁反流性胃炎多以脾虚肝失疏泄，胆郁化热，上逆犯胃，胃失和降。指出：治胃毋忘调肝，又应和胃降逆，自拟和中制木汤，行气而不伤阴，益气而不温燥，清热而不伤正，标本兼治，疏肝健脾，清热利胆，和胃降逆，行气除满。治疗86例，近期痊愈54例，显效29例，无效3例。
