本文通过对世界主要工业化国家电力工业发展的分析,得出各国在电力工业的发展中,电力弹性系数一般大于1,单位国民产值电耗在上升,而其能耗则在下降,电能消耗在一次能源总消耗中比重增大,国民生活用电增长率高于全国用电增长率,广泛使用电能可以提高能源利用率。文章指出电力能源主要是水电、火电和核电,应尽可能优先开发水电,电力工业的发展主要依靠新增加生产能力,电力建设规模应大于投产容量。
This paper analyzes the development of the electric power industry in the world’s major industrialized countries, and concludes that in the development of the electric power industry in various countries, the electric power elasticity coefficient is generally greater than 1, and the electricity consumption per unit of national output value is rising, while its energy consumption is decreasing, and electric energy consumption is once As the proportion of total energy consumption increases, the growth rate of national electricity consumption is higher than the national electricity growth rate, and extensive use of electrical energy can improve energy efficiency. The article pointed out that electricity and energy are mainly hydropower, thermal power and nuclear power, and hydropower should be given priority in development. The development of the power industry depends mainly on the newly increased production capacity, and the scale of power construction should be greater than the production capacity.
