本文是研制新型激光陶瓷合金化活塞环的阶段研究报告。采用CO2 激光器对球墨铸铁表面的C Si B RE +WC涂层进行了激光合金化处理。研究了强化层的显微组织和性能 ,并对激光处理的试样进行了耐磨性试验。结果表明 ,对球墨铸铁表面的C Si B RE +WC涂层进行激光处理可获得硬度高、耐磨性好、没有裂纹的强化层。在环块式磨损试验机上用不同合金化涂料的试块对GCr1 5钢试环进行了摩擦学试验。结果表明当WC完全溶解时 ,涂料中加入 1 5%WC的激光合金化层具有最佳耐磨性能。
This article is the research report on the phase of developing a new type of laser ceramic alloy piston ring. The CO2 laser was used to laser alloying C Si B RE + WC coating on the surface of ductile iron. The microstructure and properties of the strengthened layer were studied, and the wear resistance of laser-treated samples was tested. The results show that the laser treatment of C Si B RE + WC coating on the surface of ductile iron can obtain the high hardness, good wear resistance and no crack strengthening layer. Tribological tests were carried out on the GCr1 5 steel test rings using a block of different alloying coatings on a ring block wear tester. The results show that when WC is completely dissolved, the laser alloying layer with 15% WC coating has the best wear resistance.
