一、概述在用涡流法对金属材料进行无损测厚时,探头所得到的信息不但与金属材料的几何形状、尺寸、电导率等参数有关,而且还和探头到被测物的间隙大小有关。间隙的微小变化往往引起很大的测量误差,甚至使测量方法失败,特别在进行动态测量时,间隙的微小变化是不可避免的。因此必须尽量减小由间隙变化而引起的测量
I. Overview In the eddy current method for non-destructive measurement of metallic materials, the probe is not only the information obtained with the geometric shapes of metal materials, size, conductivity and other parameters, but also to the probe to the measured object gap size. Small changes in the gap tend to cause large measurement errors, and even failure of the measurement method, especially in the dynamic measurement, the small changes in the gap is inevitable.
