平菇的耐硒和富硒能力较强。在含硒80~160 mg/kg的固体培养基上,菌丝生长良好,当硒含量超过240 mg/kg时,菌丝生长受抑制。在液体培养条件下,硒含量超过3μg/ml时,菌丝产量降低。正交试验结果表明,高温富硒平菇适宜的培养基配方为以棉籽壳为主料,并添加如下辅料:硒<30 mg/kg含水培养料,玉米粉30 g/kg棉籽壳,麦麸50 g/kg棉籽壳,磷酸二铵2 g/kg棉籽壳。
Pleurotus selenium tolerance and selenium ability. Mycelium grew well on solid medium containing selenium 80 ~ 160 mg / kg. When selenium content exceeded 240 mg / kg, mycelial growth was inhibited. Under liquid culture conditions, mycelial yield decreased when the selenium content exceeded 3 μg / ml. Orthogonal test results showed that the suitable medium for high-temperature selenium-enriched Pleurotus ostreatus was composed of cottonseed shell, with the following supplementary materials: selenium <30 mg / kg aqueous culture material, corn flour 30 g / kg cottonseed shell, wheat bran 50 g / kg cottonseed hulls, 2 g / kg diammonium phosphate hulls.
