系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种原因不明,多系统受累的自身免疫性疾病。临床表现复杂而变化多端,容易造成误诊或漏诊。本文对72例SLE患者的临床表现进行了分析。临床资料本文病例系我院1965—1984年住院病人,资料较完整者72例。基本上符合1982年我国风湿病学术会议制定的SLE诊断标准六项以上。一般资料:72例中男11例,女61例,男女之比1:5.5。发病年龄最小12岁,最大56岁,15～40岁 Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease of unknown cause and multiple systemic involvement. Complex and varied clinical manifestations, easily lead to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis. This article analyzes the clinical manifestations of 72 patients with SLE. Clinical data of our hospital cases 1965-1984 inpatients, more complete information in 72 cases. Basically in line with the 1982 rheumatology conference developed in China SLE diagnostic criteria of six or more.
