微博作为网络传播的产物,正逐渐改变人们的生活。微博作为一种平民化且技术含量相对较低的新型信息传播工具,具有内容精简、传播范围广、发布迅速等特点其用户规模在逐年扩大,产生的问题也日益突出。本文通过列举一系列实例,探讨了微博的概念和特征、微博作品及独创性的认定、微博作品著作权的保护等问题,并对如何保护微博作品著作权提出了一些建议。
Microblogging as a product of Internet communication is gradually changing people’s lives. As a new type of information dissemination tool for civilians and relatively low technological content, weibo has the features of streamlining content, wide dissemination and rapid release. The scale of its users has been expanding year by year, and the problems that arise are becoming increasingly prominent. By enumerating a series of examples, this article explores the concept and characteristics of Weibo, the identification of Weibo works and originality, the protection of the copyright of Weibo works, and puts forward some suggestions on how to protect the copyright of Weibo works.
