材料与方法:小白鼠胚胎按阴栓日计算,取12、14、16、18及20天胚胎;取生后1、3天,1、2、3周末及成年雄性小鼠的心脏。固定于Boain氏液48小时,10％福尔马林48小时或Carnoy氏液6小时,石蜡包埋,连续切片(厚6微米)。分别用HE染色,McManus氏PAS染色和甲绿-派若宁稀释法核酸染色(张作干法)。一、HE染色所见:第12天胚胎的心脏外形已清楚,心壁已有内皮、心肌层和间皮三层
Materials and Methods: Mouse embryos were counted on the day of thromboembolism, and 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20 days of embryos were taken; the hearts of adult male mice were harvested at 1, 3, and 1, 2, and 3 weeks after birth. They were fixed in Boain’s solution for 48 hours, 10% formalin for 48 hours or Carnoy’s solution for 6 hours, embedded in paraffin and serially sectioned (6 micron thick). They were stained with HE, stained with McManus PAS, and stained with Magnolia-Pyronin (nuclear dry method). 1. HE staining: The shape of the heart of the embryo on the 12th day is clear, and the heart wall has three layers of endothelium, myocardium and mesothelium.
