近年来,由于油田用工形式的不断变化,职工结构、文化层次、人员素质不断发生变化,职工思想显得十分活跃,有的职工出现思想上的迷茫、困惑和疑问。工会组织应认真分析新形势下职工思想变化,创新思想教育方式,通过“寓教于乐、寓教于赛、寓教于行”的教育新理念,不仅提升了职工素质,在建立企业和谐劳动关系等方面也取得了明显的成效。
