目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定当归补血颗粒中阿魏酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为Lichrospher C_(18)(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(18:82:2);流速为:1 ml·min~(-1);检测波长为320 nm。结果:阿魏酸进样量在0.021~0.315μg之间,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为100.29%,RSD=2.09%(n=5)。结论:本方法操作简单、快速,可用于测定当归补血颗粒中阿魏酸的含量。
Objective: To determine the content of ferulic acid in Danggui Buxue Granules by HPLC. METHODS: The chromatographic column was Lichrospher C18 (200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (18:82:2). The flow rate was 1 ml·min-1. The detection wavelength is 320 nm. RESULTS: Ferulic acid injection was between 0.021 and 0.315 μg, showing a good linear relationship with peak area (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.29% and RSD was 2.09% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid and can be used to determine the content of ferulic acid in Danggui Buxue Granules.
