基于2009年全国省级疾病预防控制中心77个指标的绩效考核结果,从绩效指标值、完成度和绩效得分等3个角度分析社会环境、工作基础、工作过程、系统结果和健康结果等维度间的关系,结果提示:工作基础较好的机构,疾病预防控制工作开展较好,职责完成情况和所带来的人群健康结果也较好;外部环境对体系内部存在推动和促进的作用,说明绩效考核指标体系和综合评价方法是科学合理的。
