组织行为学认为,不同性质、不同层次的工作岗位,需要不同类型、不同能力水平的工作人员。一定组织中的个体必须与组织中的工作职位要求相匹配。本文就如何实现人职匹配及当前烟草行业的“人—职匹配”问题进行初步探讨。
Organizational behavior believes that different types of work at different levels need staff of different types and different abilities. The individuals in a given organization must match the job requirements in the organization. This paper discusses how to achieve the matching of people and job and the “people-job match” in the current tobacco industry.
