日野菜由日本引进,以淹制咸菜为主,主要食取根茎。我县从1997年开始种植,现已以年产1000t的产品出口日本。日野菜生长最低温度10℃,苗期能忍耐2℃低温,最适生长温度18℃~25℃,超过30℃叶片生长加快,根茎生长受阻。播种至出苗2~3天,该蔬菜早春播种生长期55~60天,夏季50天左右,株高50~60cm,根茎长20cm,根茎粗直径2.5~3cm。地上部根茎为粉红色,
Japanese wild introduced from Japan to submerged pickles mainly eat the rhizomes. My county started planting in 1997 and is now exporting to Japan with an annual output of 1000 tons of products.
