目的探讨三硝基甲苯、苯对作业工人白细胞总数减低的影响。方法将某炸药厂技改后(2008年度)工人体检资料和技改前(2007年度)体检资料进行整理,统计工人白细胞减低、严重减低人数,然后进行统计学分析。结果技改前后白细胞减低率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);技改前后白细胞严重减低率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低浓度苯、短时间接触不能引起工人白细胞总数减低或严重减低。
Objective To investigate the effect of trinitrotoluene and benzene on the reduction of white blood cell count in workers. Methods The physical examination information of workers in a certain explosive factory after technical renovation (2008) and the physical examination data before technical transformation (2007) were sorted out. The workers’ leukopenia was reduced and the number of workers was seriously reduced, and then statistical analysis was made. Results There was no significant difference in leukopenia before and after technical innovation (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of leukocyte reduction before and after technical innovation (P> 0.05). Conclusion Low concentrations of benzene, short-term exposure can not cause workers to reduce the total number of leukocytes or severely reduced.
