[目的]比较乳果糖及微生态制剂思连康对轻微肝性脑病(MHE)的治疗作用。[方法]选择符合条件的46例MHE患者随机分为2组(乳果糖组、思连康组),分别于服药前、后检测患者的数字连接试验时间、画线试验时间、血氨及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)。[结果]乳果糖及思连康均可降低血氨、改善肝功能及提高患者生活质量,但乳果糖在降低血氨方面较显著。[结论]2者均可用于MHE的治疗,微生态制剂尤其适用于不能耐受乳果糖不良反应的患者。
[Objective] To compare the therapeutic effect of lactulose and probiotics on mild hepatic encephalopathy (MHE). [Methods] Forty-six patients with MHE who were eligible were randomly divided into two groups (lactulose group and siliceous group), and the digital connection test time, drawing test time, blood ammonia and C Aminotransferase (ALT). [Results] Both lactulose and silivin could lower blood ammonia, improve liver function and improve the quality of life of patients, but lactulose was more significant in reducing blood ammonia. [Conclusion] Both of them can be used for the treatment of MHE. The probiotics are especially suitable for patients who can not tolerate the adverse reactions of lactulose.
