在建立社会主义市场经济体制、实施现代企业制度、加快实现两个根本性转变的新形势下,我们齐鲁石化公司经理办公室积极探索企业办公室工作的新路子,初步形成了具有本行业特点的办公室工作管理模式,更好地发挥了参谋、助手的职能,提高了服务水平。 一、从严管理与民主监督相结合,是充分发挥办公室整体效能的有力保证。 企业办公室是企业生产经营管理的综合部门,又是企业沟通上下左右、联系四面八方的桥梁。我们齐鲁石化公司拥有石油炼制、石油化工装置77套,职工5万多人,直属企事业单位达34个。作为这样一个特大型企业的经理办公室,不仅常规性工作面广量大,而且突发性、临时性工作的量也相当大,更需要建立起科学、规范的工作保证体系和工作运行网络。为此,我们注重从基础工作抓起,完善各项规章制度,坚持从严管理与民主监督相结合,不断强化内部管理,收到了明显的效果。
