试验以健康的草鱼鱼种为试验动物,将乳酸菌按不同浓度添加到全价饲料中进行饲喂,试验周期为70d,研究其对草鱼生长指标及免疫指标的影响。结果表明,添加乳酸菌可以显著促进草鱼的生长指标,乳酸菌添加量为106增重率最高,比空白组提高26.47%,饵料系数为1.07,肥满度在42d、70d与空白组相比差异显著,乳酸菌添加量为107增重率比空白组提高18.31%,饵料系数为1.1,肥满度在56d、70d与空白组相比差异显著。添加乳酸菌对草鱼免疫指标有促进作用,但组间差异不显著。试验结果表明,添加适量乳酸菌可以显著提高草鱼鱼种的生长性能,提高其免疫能力。
The test was conducted on healthy grass carp fingerlings, and the lactic acid bacteria were added to the full feed at different concentrations for 70 days to study their effects on the growth and immune indices of grass carp. The results showed that adding lactic acid bacteria could significantly promote the growth of grass carp. The highest adding rate of lactic acid bacteria was 106, which was 26.47% higher than that of blank group, the coefficient of feeding was 1.07, the fatness was at 42d and 70d, Lactobacillus addition rate of 107 weight gain rate increased 18.31% than the blank group, bait coefficient of 1.1, fatness at 56d, 70d compared with the blank group significant difference. Add lactic acid bacteria on grass carp immune indicators have a role in promoting, but the difference was not significant between groups. The results showed that adding appropriate amount of lactic acid bacteria could significantly improve the growth performance of grass carp fingerlings and enhance their immunity.
