目的探讨有机磷杀虫药中毒程度与超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)含量变化之间的关系。方法对120例不同程度中毒患者血清hs-CRP检测,同时设立30例健康者作为对照组,并将实验资料进行统计学分析。结果治疗前,对照组、轻度、中度和重度有机磷杀虫药中毒患者血清hs-CRP平均含量分别为(5.08±3.57)、(11.43±9.89)、(34.28±17.86)、(59.42±27.95)mg/L,异常率分别为0.00、15.00、55.88、96.97%中毒组均较对照组明显升高,且随着中毒程度的加深而大幅增加(P<0.01),治疗后,除5例患者hs-CRP结果异常外其余均恢复正常。结论有机磷杀虫药中毒程度与hs-CRP含量和异常率呈正相关关系,hs-CRP的检测对有机磷杀虫药中毒患者中毒程度的判断和预后的分析有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between organophosphate insecticide poisoning and hs-CRP levels. Methods Serum hs-CRP was detected in 120 cases of patients with different degrees of poisoning. At the same time, 30 healthy people were set as the control group, and the experimental data were statistically analyzed. Results Before treatment, the average levels of hs-CRP in the control group, mild, moderate and severe organophosphate pesticide poisoning patients were (5.08 ± 3.57), (11.43 ± 9.89), (34.28 ± 17.86) and (59.42 ± 27.95) mg / L, the abnormal rates were 0.00,15.00,55.88,96.97% poisoning group were significantly higher than the control group, and with the deepening of poisoning increased significantly (P <0.01), after treatment, except for 5 cases Patients with abnormal hs-CRP results were normal except the rest. Conclusion The degree of organophosphate insecticide poisoning is positively correlated with the content of hs-CRP and the abnormal rate. The detection of hs-CRP is of certain significance for the determination of the degree of poisoning and the prognosis of organophosphate insecticide poisoning patients.
