目的以优化服务流程为指导思想,保障奥运会人员的就诊过程安全、快捷。方法筹备阶段:包括环境的准备,护理人员的培训,奥运流程的制定;实施阶段:主要是各岗位分工明确,管理者实时监督,提供让患者满意的特色服务。结果奥运流程系统运行通畅,患者得到及时、准确的医疗服务,非医疗时间明显减少。结论奥运门诊执行优化服务流程,为患者提供了有效的服务措施,圆满地完成了奥运会赋予的门诊护理工作,也为今后门诊流程建设奠定了基础。 Objective To optimize the service process as a guiding ideology to protect the Olympic Games members of the safe and efficient treatment process. Method preparation stage: including environmental preparation, nursing staff training, Olympic process development; implementation phase: the main division of labor is clear, real-time supervision of managers, to provide patient satisfaction with the special services. As a result, the Olympic flow system was in a smooth operation, patients were provided timely and accurate medical services, and the time for non-medical treatment was significantly reduced. Conclusions The outpatient service of Olympic Games optimized the service flow and provided effective service measures for the patients. The outpatient nursing work conferred by the Olympic Games has been completed satisfactorily, and laid the foundation for the outpatient clinic process in the future.
