目的 研究偏瘫侧膝关节完成训练程序后再提高其功能和肌力的可能性,以及肌力增加是否伴有 肌痉挛的改变。 方法 偏瘫侧下肢遗有肌力减弱及肌痉挛的患 者,发病至少6个月,在有或无辅助器情况下能独立 行走12m以上,实验前4周内不作任何形式的锻炼 或治疗。挛缩不限制等速设备的使用,记录年龄、中 风后时间、步行器的使用情况及训练前,训练6周时 和停训4周后相应肌力及肌张力;功能测试包括步行 时间、起立及开始步行的时间,登梯时间及人类活动 剖面评分(human activity profile scores,HAP)。
Objective To study the possibility of improving the function and strength of the hemiplegic lateral knee joint after completing the training procedure and whether the increase of muscle strength is accompanied by the change of muscle spasm. Methods Patients with hemiplegia and leg muscle weakness and muscle spasms were at least 6 months old, able to walk independently for more than 12 m with or without aids, and did not undergo any form of exercise or treatment within 4 weeks before the experiment. Contracture did not limit the use of isokinetic equipment, recording age, post-stroke time, use of walker, and corresponding strength and muscle tone at 6 weeks of training and 4 weeks after discontinuation of training; functional tests included walking time, standing up and Time to start walking, time to climb, and human activity profile scores (HAP).
