目的:通过研究当归、黄芪的比例变化对当归补血汤活性成分含量的影响探讨当归补血汤中当归、黄芪配伍比例的合理性。方法:利用高效液相色谱法和比色法,测定了当归和黄芪配伍比例分别为:1:1,1:3,1:5,1:7,1:10的当归补血汤中阿魏酸、藁本内酯、黄芪甲苷、芒柄花素、毛蕊异黄酮及总多糖的含量。结果:在5个比例的当归补血汤中,李东垣的经其方当归、黄芪(1:5)中阿魏酸、黄芪甲苷、芒柄花素、毛蕊异黄酮及总多糖的含量最高。结论:当归补血汤中当归和黄芪1:5的配伍是合理的,应该遵循古人的用药经验。
Objective: To explore the rationality of the compatibility ratio of Angelica Sinensis and Radix Astragali in Danggui Buxue decoction by studying the effect of the ratio change of Angelica sinensis and Radix Astragali on the active ingredient content of Danggui Buxue Decoction. Methods: The ratios of Angelica sinensis and Radix Astragali were 1:1, 1:3, 1:5, 1:7 and 1:10 by high performance liquid chromatography and colorimetry. , Ligustilide, astragaloside, formononetin, calycosin and total polysaccharide content. RESULTS: In 5 ratios of Danggui Buxue Decoction, the contents of ferulic acid, astragaloside IV, formononetin, calycosin, and total polysaccharides in Li Dongqi and Angelica sinensis (1:5) were the highest. Conclusion: The compatibility of Angelica sinensis and Radix Astragali 1:5 in Danggui Buxue Decoction is reasonable, and should follow the ancient people’s experience in medication.
