目的 研究不同胎龄大鼠室旁核加压素能神经元加压素的分泌及发育中的变化 ,为研究加压素的生理功能提供发生学资料。方法 应用光镜技术和免疫细胞化学技术观察 1 0 d,1 4d,1 8d和 2 2 d胎鼠脑 HE染色切片和 PAP法切片中 AVP阳性细胞。应用图像分析仪检测各组胎鼠室旁核中 AVP阳性细胞的平均灰度值。结果 1 0 d组室旁核内无 AVP阳性细胞 ;1 4,1 8,2 2 d各组均有 AVP阳性细胞。但 1 4d组染色浅淡 ;图像分析仪检测 AVP阳性细胞平均灰度值表明1 4d与 1 8d组 ,1 8d与 2 2 d组间均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 随着胎龄的增加 ,胎鼠分泌血管加压素的能力逐渐增强。
Objective To study the changes in the secretion and development of vasopressin neurons in paraventricular nucleus of different gestational age rats and to provide the genetics data for studying the physiological functions of vasopressin. Methods The light microscope and immunocytochemistry were used to observe the HE staining sections and the AVP positive cells in PAP sections of 10 d, 14 d, 18 d and 22 d embryos. The average gray value of AVP positive cells in paraventricular nucleus of each group was detected by image analyzer. Results There was no AVP positive cells in the paraventricular nucleus in the group of day 0 and AVP positive cells in the groups of 14, 28, 22 days. However, the 14d group was lightly stained. The mean gray value of AVP positive cells detected by image analyzer showed that there was a significant difference between the 14d and the 18d groups, and the 18d and 22d groups (P <0.05). Conclusion With the increase of gestational age, the ability of fetus to secrete vasopressin gradually increased.
