目的探讨六磷酸肌醇对荷瘤小鼠血管形成的影响。方法构建S180实验动物肿瘤模型 ,腹腔连续注射100mg/kg·d六磷酸肌醇10d ,计算抑瘤率。利用微循环图象分析仪观测肿瘤部位的血管分布及血液流速。结果药物治疗组小鼠较对照组瘤块明显变小 ,抑瘤率为58.11 % ;肿瘤表面血管密度降低 ,管径缩小52.16 % (P<0.01)、流速减慢68.80 % (P<0.01) ,血管形态也更加迂回 ,伸展不规则。结论六磷酸肌醇具有抑制肿瘤血管形成的活性。提示减少肿瘤血液供应可能为其抗肿瘤机制之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of inositol hexaphosphate on angiogenesis in tumor-bearing mice. Methods A tumor model of S180 animal model was established. Intraperitoneal continuous injection of 100 mg/kg·d inositol hexaphosphate was performed for 10 days to calculate the tumor inhibition rate. A microcirculation image analyzer was used to observe the blood vessel distribution and blood flow rate at the tumor site. Results Compared with the control group, the mice in the drug treatment group had a significantly smaller tumor mass with a tumor inhibition rate of 58.11%. The tumor surface showed a decrease in vascular density, a decrease in diameter of 52.16% (P<0.01), and a decrease in flow rate of 68.8% (P<0.01). Vascular patterns are also more circuitous and stretched irregularly. Conclusion Inositol hexaphosphate has the activity of inhibiting tumor angiogenesis. Tips to reduce tumor blood supply may be one of its anti-tumor mechanisms.
