叉头框蛋白Q1(FOXQ1)即肝细胞核因子3同系物1,是叉头框转录因子家族中的一员,并包含核心DNA结合结构域,而FOXQ1的侧翼有助于其序列特异性。 FOXQ1抑制平滑肌特异性基因启动子的活性、调节上皮细胞间充质转化以促进大多数肿瘤细胞的侵袭性和迁移性。近年的研究发现,其在多种消化道肿瘤中异常表达,深入研究 FOXQ1在肿瘤中的表达及其分子机制,对阐明肿瘤的发生机制及早期诊断和特异性分子治疗方面有重要意义。“,”Forkhead box Q1(FOXQ1),i.e.hepatocyte nuclear factor 3 homologue 1,is a member of the forkhead transcription factor family and contains the core DNA binding domain ,whereas the flanking wings of FOXQ1 contribute to its sequence specificity .FOXQ1 inhibits the promoter activity of smooth muscle-specific gene,and upregulates epithelial-mesenchymal transformation to promote invasion and migration of the majority tumor cells.Recent studies have found the abnormal expression of FOXQ1 in a variety of gastrointestinal cancers,and deeper study on its expression levels and molecular mechanisms in tumors is of great signifi-cances to elucidate the mechanisms,early diagnosis and specific molecule therapy of tumors.
