目的探讨必需脂肪酸转运蛋白水平与胎儿生长发育的相关性。方法采用实时定量PCR(RT-PCR)检测胎盘中FATP1和HFABPmRNA表达水平,同时收集新生儿的身长、体重、头围和胎龄等指标。结果胎盘中FATP1和HFABPmRNA的水平,男性和女性之间有显著差异;FATP1mRNA的水平与新生儿的身长相关,HFABP与胎龄表现出相关性。结论胎盘中FATP1和HFABP的表达与胎儿的发育关系密切。
Objective To investigate the correlation between essential fatty acid transporter protein levels and fetal growth and development. Methods Real-time quantitative PCR (RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of FATP1 and HFABP mRNA in the placenta. Meanwhile, the body length, body weight, head circumference and gestational age were collected. Results The levels of FATP1 and HFABP mRNA in the placenta were significantly different between males and females; the level of FATP1 mRNA correlated with the length of the newborn, and HFABP was associated with gestational age. Conclusion The expression of FATP1 and HFABP in the placenta is closely related to the development of the fetus.
