目的:测定北细辛不同提取物中总马兜铃酸的含量,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法:以水、乙酸乙酯、30%乙醇、50%乙醇、70%乙醇、95%乙醇提取北细辛药材,以马兜铃酸A为对照,采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为390 nm。结果:马兜铃酸A含量在3.0~30.0 mg.L-1与吸收度呈良好线性关系,Y=19.844X+0.027 2(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为98.51%,RSD 1.32%。北细辛不同提取物中总马兜铃酸的含量为1.34%~3.15%,以水提取物含量最低,95%乙醇提取物含量最高。结论:方法测定结果准确可靠,重复性好,可用于北细辛提取物中总马兜铃酸的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of total aristolochic acid in different extracts of Asarum, providing the experimental basis for its clinical application. Methods: The constituents of Asarum were extracted with water, ethyl acetate, 30% ethanol, 50% ethanol, 70% ethanol and 95% ethanol. The contents of aristolochic acid A were determined by UV spectrophotometry. The detection wavelength was 390 nm . Result: The content of aristolochic acid A was 3.0-30.0 mg.L-1, and its absorption was linear with Y = 19.844X + 0.027 2 (r = 0.999 6). The average recovery was 98.51% and the RSD was 1.32%. The content of total aristolochic acid in different extracts of Asarum was 1.34% -3.15%, the content of water extract was the lowest and the content of 95% ethanol extract was the highest. Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of total aristolochic acid in the extract of Asarum.
