黄山云谷寺为名茶毛峯的产地之一。云谷寺又名承相沅,和桃花峯,慈光寺,吊桥菴,松谷菴等地所产毛峯茶,一贯就有“道地毛峯”之称,获得极高的评价。特别是香气和滋味为一般茶类所不及。近年来,云谷寺所产之毛峯茶味特别苦涩,品质显著下降,引起消赞者很大反映。但究竟为什么原因产生变化?这是值得茶业工作者研究的问题。为了讨论和探讨这一问题,我们结合了劳动锻练和现场教学于本年八月份进行了一次调查,这次调查因限于人力,物力和时间,加上主观工作缺乏
