积极心理健康教育的实践与推广需要大量具有专业资质的一线心理健康教育工作者。但我国尚无学校积极心理健康教育家的专业标准,成为制约学校积极心理健康教育工作者专业成长、资格认定、质量测评和队伍建设的瓶颈。本研究参照美国学校心理学家标准和我国研究者制定的学校心理咨询家标准,采用文献分析、问卷调查与德尔菲专家小组评定等方法,制定了由3项一级指标、15项二级指标和45项三级指标及其权重构成的三级专业标准体系。
The practice and promotion of positive mental health education requires a large number of first-line mental health educators with professional qualifications. However, there is no professional standard for active mental health educators in our country and it becomes a bottleneck restricting the professional growth, qualification, quality evaluation and team building of active mental health educators in schools. In this study, reference to the standards of American school psychologists and the standards of school counselors set by our country’s researchers, this study formulated three first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators using literature analysis, questionnaire survey and Delphi expert group appraisal. And 45 three-level indicators and their weights constitute a three-level professional standards system.
