目的分析手足口病患儿柯萨奇病毒A16型与肠道病毒71型(EV-71)病毒的检测结果 ,探究柯萨奇病毒A16型与EV-71病毒在预防和诊断手足口病传播中的意义。方法 608例疑似手足口病患儿,使用酶联免疫法检测血清柯萨奇病毒A16型与EV-71病毒水平。结果 608例疑似手足口病患儿柯萨奇病毒A16型阳性率为37.5%,EV-71病毒阳性率为41.6%,二者均阳性者占13.2%。结论河南省安阳地区2013年手足口病以EV-71和柯萨奇病毒A16型为主,其中主要病毒为EV-71病毒,检测柯萨奇病毒A16型和EV-71病毒可以早期诊断手足口病,对预防和治疗手足口病具有重要临床意义。
Objective To analyze the detection results of coxsackievirus A16 and enterovirus 71 (EV-71) in children with hand-foot-mouth disease and to explore the feasibility of coxsackievirus A16 and EV-71 in the prevention and diagnosis of HFMD Meaning. Methods A total of 608 children with suspected HFMD were enrolled in this study. Serum coxsackievirus A16 and EV-71 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The positive rate of coxsackievirus A16 in children with suspected hand-foot-mouth disease was 37.5% and that of EV-71 was 41.6% in 608 cases, both of which were 13.2%. Conclusion In 2013, HFMD was predominantly EV-71 and Coxsackievirus A16 in Anyang area of Henan Province, of which the major EV-71 virus was EV-71. The Coxsackie virus A16 and EV-71 viruses could be used to diagnose HFMD Disease, prevention and treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease has important clinical significance.
