在固体组织培养研究的基础上,改进培养基组成成分进行液体静置培养。本文从水、糖、琼脂对组培苗生长、增殖及培养成本三个方面进行研究。作者认为马铃薯组培苗块繁阶段培养基可以简化为液培。此法同时省去琼脂,以自来水代替蒸馏水,以食用白绵糖代替蔗糖,规模化应用效果良好,培养基成本降低了72.9%。组培苗生长健壮,月增殖系数6.3~6.7,结薯正常。
On the basis of solid tissue culture research, the components of culture medium were improved for static liquid culture. In this paper, water, sugar, agar on the growth of tissue culture, proliferation and cost of culture in three areas. The authors believe that potato tissue culture seedlings stage propagation medium can be simplified as liquid culture. This method also eliminates the need for agar, tap water instead of distilled water, to replace white sugar sugar, large-scale application of good results, reducing the cost of medium 72.9%. Tissue culture seedlings grow robust, monthly proliferation coefficient 6.3 ~ 6.7, tubers normal.
