小学教育是孩子成长过程中必不可少的经历,在教学模式不断变化和课堂改革下,小学生需要接受大量的知识信息,因此小学班级管理备受关注。但小学的班级管理与中学不同,学生的智力和脑力没有完全发育,在教师进行班级管理时出现较多问题,教师需要结合小孩的心理特征探索适合他们的管理策略。对于当前小学班级管理存在的弊端提出见解和分析,提出优化班级管理的方式。
