Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy referred to as HIE, is hypoxic-ischemic brain damage caused by perinatal asphyxia. According to clinical manifestations is difficult to diagnose, combined with clinical manifestations and changes in CT can provide accurate diagnosis. This report of 214 cases, according to CT findings, HIE can be divided into mild, moderate and severe third degree, 214 cases of this group of children with asphyxia, by CT examination, 15.9% of the normal performance of 84.1% with varying degrees of HIE change, Moderate and severe intracranial hemorrhage were 28.5%, 78.3%. The degree of brain injury is related to the severity of asphyxia. The heavier asphyxia, the more extensive brain injury, and the more intracranial hemorrhage. In addition, intrauterine distress is also closely related to HIE.
