我国基础教育音乐课程改革对小学音乐教师的职业角色也提出了新的要求。它需要教育观念、艺术修养、知识结构、业务能力等方面焕然一新,集教学、科研于一身,既有教学实践,又有理论研究,既熟悉教育规律,又了解教学艺术的新型音乐教师。这从根本上动摇了教师原有的角色定位,新课程要求教师以研究者的姿态出现在学校的舞台上,由传统经验型的教书匠向#研究型教师发展。农村小学音乐教师的教学科研能力和水平直接影响到农村小学音乐课程的教育教学质量。本研究采用问卷调查并辅以访谈的方式对江西省乐平市几所公办乡镇农村小学的专职、兼职音乐教师的教学科研状况进行了调查。
The reform of basic education music curriculum in our country also put forward new requirements on the professional role of elementary music teachers. It needs a new look in education concept, artistic accomplishment, knowledge structure and business ability. It combines teaching and scientific research. It has both teaching practice and theoretical research. It is also familiar with the law of education and a new type of music teacher who is familiar with teaching art. This fundamentally shakes the teacher’s original role orientation, the new curriculum requires teachers to appear on the school’s stage as researchers, by the traditional empirical type of teacher to the development of # research teachers. Rural primary school music teachers teaching and research ability and level of a direct impact on rural primary school music education and teaching quality. This study investigated the status of teaching and research of full-time and part-time music teachers in rural primary schools in several public towns in Leping, Jiangxi Province by means of questionnaires and interviews.
