Gastric cancer is one of the major malignancies in China. According to the latest research data, the mortality rate of gastric cancer in China is 25.16 per 100 thousand, accounting for 23.23% of all malignant tumors, ranking the first in the death of malignant tumors [1]. Linzhou is not only a high-risk area of esophageal cancer in our country, but its incidence of gastric cancer is also quite high. According to the 1997 death registration report, the death rate of gastric cancer in Linzhou residents was 49.78 per 100 000, which was second only to esophageal cancer.
