目的研究老年甲状腺良、恶性结节的氢质子波谱(1H-MRS)特点。方法本组共研究35例老年甲状腺结节,良性结节组16例,恶性肿瘤组19例,均行常规MRI扫描及氢质子波谱检查。在工作站上测量Cho/Cr比值并进行统计学分析。结果恶性结节组Cho/Cr比值明显高于良性结节组,差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。与良性结节组相比,恶性肿瘤组织的Cho峰都明显升高,而Lip则明显下降。结论甲状腺良、恶性结节氢质子波谱表现明显不同,氢质子波谱对甲状腺结节的诊断与鉴别具有较高价值。
Objective To study the characteristics of hydrogen proton spectroscopy (1H-MRS) in benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods A total of 35 elderly thyroid nodules, 16 cases of benign nodules and 19 cases of malignant tumors were studied by routine MRI and hydrogen proton spectroscopy. The Cho / Cr ratio was measured on a workstation and statistically analyzed. Results The Cho / Cr ratio of malignant nodules was significantly higher than that of benign nodules (P <0.01). Compared with benign nodules, Cho peak in malignant tumors was significantly increased, while Lip was significantly decreased. Conclusions The hydrogen proton spectra of benign and malignant thyroid nodules are obviously different, and the hydrogen proton spectroscopy is of high value in the diagnosis and identification of thyroid nodules.
