科技的迅猛发展,预示着以创新理念为基础的知识经济时代的到来,知识经济带来的先进科技、先进思想和先进管理方式,促使电力体制改革的日益深化和电力市场化进程的不断加快,随之也日益加剧了企业之间的人才竞争。知识型人才、高素质员工越来越成为企业发展的重要指标,企业的教育培训水平、员工素质高低、员工培训管理质量等都在一定程度上影响着企业生产与经营,关乎企业的生存与发展。所以,加强企业培训、壮大人才力量是企业可持续发展的重要保证。本文深入分析了发电企业培训管理的必要性以及存在的问题,结合我国现代发电企业的经营技术特点,提出基于战略、资源、运营三维一体的模式设计。希望为发电企业培训管理提供助力。
