中国对金矿资源的最大管理问题,体现在随意赋予或低价出让采矿权,以及低到几乎可以忽略不计的矿产资源补偿费。中国又将有望创造一项世界第一。据中国黄金协会预计,今年(2008年)中国黄金产量可望达到300吨,从而超过南非成为全球第一大产金国。对于中国成为黄金产量世界第一,相信有很多人同笔者有着相同的感受,不是骄傲和高兴,而是悲哀和难过。以环境为代价中国黄金产量持续增长,与一些传统的产金大国产量持续下降,形成鲜明对比。据中国黄金协会的统计,1949年中国黄金产量仅为4.5吨,1995年黄金产量首度达
