为了确定煤矸石骨料混凝土在建筑工程中应用的可行性和承受荷载的能力,对煤矸石骨料混凝土柱进行往复加载基础试验,获得不同轴压比下混凝土柱的滞回曲线、钢筋应力-应变曲线,并对其受力性能进行分析。结果表明,随着轴压比的增大,混凝土柱的变形能力及耗能能力都变差,轴压比超过0.6后,柱破坏较严重;混凝土柱结构应加强架立筋的配筋设计;试件柱的刚度及极限承载力随着轴压比的增大,增加幅度不大;其受力性能符合一般承重结构的发展过程,但在实际使用煤矸石混凝土时应控制轴压比不宜过大。
In order to determine the feasibility of applying gangue aggregate concrete in construction engineering and the ability of bearing load, the reciprocating loading test of gangue aggregate concrete column was carried out to obtain the hysteretic curves of concrete columns under different axial compression ratios, - strain curve, and analyze its force performance. The results show that with the increase of axial compression ratio, the deformation capacity and energy dissipation capacity of concrete columns become worse. When the axial compression ratio exceeds 0.6, the column damage is serious. Reinforcement design of erected reinforcement should be strengthened in concrete column structure. The stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of specimen columns increase with the increase of axial compression ratio, and their mechanical properties are in line with the development of common load-bearing structures.
