在BZN系陶瓷中,立方焦绿石结构的α相与低对称结构的β相是2个重要的基本物相.以差热分析(DTA)与X射线衍射(XRD)分析为研究手段,明确了α相与β相的熔融物性.结果表明:α相是同成分熔融化合物,熔点1190℃;β相是异成分熔融化合物,在1100℃吸热分解为α相与液相.在自然冷却时,发生转熔过程,α相转入熔融液相中,析出β相,转熔温度1100℃;在淬火冷却时,液相中析出BZN系立方萤石相.
In BZN ceramics, the α phase of cubic pyrochlore structure and the β phase of low symmetry structure are two important basic phases. Differential thermal analysis (DTA) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis were used as the research methods to clarify the melt properties of α and β phases. The results show that the α phase is a melting compound with the same composition, the melting point is 1190 ℃. The β phase is an isothermal melting compound which decomposes into α phase and liquid phase at 1100 ℃. During the natural cooling, the transformation process takes place, the α phase is transferred into the melt phase, the β phase is precipitated and the transformation temperature is 1100 ° C; during the quenching and cooling, the BZN cubic fluorite phase is precipitated in the liquid phase.
