目的 揭示贵州省 HIV- 1感染毒株的亚型分布及其流行态势。方法 用巢式 PCR法扩增 HIV- 1膜蛋白基因 (env),并经序列分析。结果 核酸分离成功的 11份全血标本中, B亚型 7例, C、 E亚型各 2例; B亚型基因离散率为 3.21%± 1.4%,流行时间约 3年, E和 C亚型基因离散率为 1.65%和 0.98%,流行时间约 1年。结论 贵州省 HIV- 1感染毒株亚型分布广泛,来源复杂,预示今后将以性传播途径为主,防治难度较大。
Objective To reveal the subtypes and prevalence of HIV-1 infected strains in Guizhou Province. Methods The HIV-1 membrane protein gene (env) was amplified by nested PCR and sequenced. Results Of the 11 whole blood samples, 7 were B subtype and 2 subtypes C and E respectively. The subtype B subtype was 3.21% ± 1.4% and the prevalence was about 3 years. E and C subgroups Discrete gene rate of 1.65% and 0.98%, the prevalence of about 1 year. Conclusion The subtypes of HIV-1 infected strains in Guizhou Province are widely distributed and complex in origin, which indicates that sexual transmission will dominate in the future and prevention and treatment are more difficult.
