神经干细胞(NSC)的迁移现象是指细胞在生长过程中有规律地发生位移的现象。NSC迁移是当前NSC研究的核心问题,阐明其机制对发展神经生物学和临床应用NSC治疗中枢神经系统疾病具有重要意义。目前应用NSC治疗缺血性脑损伤包括运用外源性NSC移植和内源性NSC两种方法。本文对比了两种方法的优缺点,介绍了NSC的来源、分离纯化、特征、迁移现象及其机制,以及NSC应用于治疗缺血性脑损伤存在的问题和展望。
The phenomenon of migration of neural stem cells (NSCs) refers to the phenomenon that cells regularly shift during growth. NSC migration is the core issue of the current NSC research, clarifying its mechanism for the development of neurobiology and clinical application of NSC in the treatment of central nervous system diseases is of great significance. The current application of NSC in the treatment of ischemic brain injury, including the use of exogenous NSC transplantation and endogenous NSC two methods. This article compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods, introduces the source of NSC, isolation and purification, characteristics, migration phenomenon and its mechanism, as well as the application of NSC in the treatment of ischemic brain damage existing problems and prospects.
