内圈蠕滑是滚动轴承损伤的一种表现形式,它会引起车轴的磨耗,甚至由于轴承发热引起热熔着及车轴损坏。文章介绍了采用试验装置,实施高速列车用车轴轴承内圈的蠕滑再现试验,研究了以内圈蠕滑为起点的车轴及轴承损伤的过程。指出了为防止内圈蠕滑,轴承内圈与车轴之间应保持适当的过盈量;为防止轴承发热损伤,应装备轴承温度监测系统,这两项工作都是至关重要的。
Inner ring creep is a form of rolling bearing damage, it can cause axle wear, even as the bearing heat caused by hot melt and axle damage. In this paper, a test device is introduced to implement the creep reappearance test of the inner ring of the axle bearing for high-speed trains. The process of damage of the axle and the bearing with the inner ring creep as a starting point is introduced. It is pointed out that in order to prevent the inner ring from creeping, the interference between the bearing inner ring and the axle should be maintained properly. To prevent bearing heat damage, a bearing temperature monitoring system should be equipped, both of which are crucial.
